How to camp like a pro!
Spring and summer are right around the corner, which means there’s no better time to start planning for your next camping trip! The first thing you should consider when planning a camping trip is to select a campsite.

Take note that campsites can be extremely busy depending on where you want to go, you may even have to secure your site months in advance if it’s really that busy! Next, you’ll need to identify what you’ll need to bring on your camping trip. A checklist in this situation sure is helpful...some things you may want to consider include shelter, water, food, clothes, tools, grills, pots/pans, utensils (forgot this one last time, no bueno!), and more. You’ll also want to consider how you’ll be staying warm. Plan all of your fire building essentials and please be sure to safely extinguish your fires each and every time you decide to light it up! It’s also important to note that you’ll want to keep your fires well-maintained and safe (especially if you have kids) so plan on that as well. All things considered, if you can figure out how to get your shelter, food, water, and fire taken care of, you’ll be camping like a pro in no time!
