Skipping one meal a day is not too bad, isn't it? You skip breakfast, replace it with water and eat whatever you want in an 8-hour period can change your lifestyle.

It doesn't change your diet, or eating habits, it will only just change when you eat them. It doesn't matter when you start your 8-hour eating period. You may start at 8 AM and stop at 4 PM. Or you can start at 12 PM and stop at 8 PM. Do whatever works for you. Daily intermittent fasting is something that's done everyday so it is very easy to make it as a habit. Intermittent fasting has been proven since then and notably, it's one of the best way to get lean without doing some crazy diet. As this is a simple strategy to try on, this can be considered as one of the highly effective diet out there. As simple as it gets, skipping one meal in a day can be an ideal thing than starving yourself to death, isn't it?
