There is far more to meditation than sitting in a dark room with your eyes closed. Meditation, or the art of harnessing one’s psyche via conscious reflection, is more complex than that.
This state of zen can only be reached by reflecting inward (as opposed to our constant outward reflection) and exploring all facets of our consciousness. Certainly, the concept of meditation is easier said than done.
